Happy New year to all of my follow UNICAN’s.  The year has started out fast for the Cucchiara household, and I am very excited at what it could bring.  I sincerely hope for a bountiful year to all and look forward to seeing you in person in the near future!

The sharing of food is a sacred moment, and we as UNICAN’s have the wonderful opportunity to do so on a monthly basis. As we head into this month of Thanksgiving, I sincerely wish that you all have the oppor-tunity to break bread and share a hearty meal with those that mean the most to you.

"La famiglia è tutto" Family is everything, and has even more meaning to us during this month when we celebrate our heritage! I celebrated by finding a family heirloom in storage and proudly displaying in my home. An old sausage grinder stored in my fathers basement brings back fond memories of my Poppie and Dad making sausage.
