Even if you don’t enjoy the cold that February brings, hopefully you can appreciate the warmth that is shared during this month from those you love!  February is a very important month in the Cucchiara household.  I have a rare opportunity to share in multiple birthdays.  My beloved wife (Sarah) was born on February 24th, so that day has held significance for me for over 25 years.  But to make that day even more special, she gave birth to our twins (Giovanni & Mila) on the very same day!  Yes, m

Happy New year to all of my follow UNICAN’s.  The year has started out fast for the Cucchiara household, and I am very excited at what it could bring.  I sincerely hope for a bountiful year to all and look forward to seeing you in person in the near future!

The sharing of food is a sacred moment, and we as UNICAN’s have the wonderful opportunity to do so on a monthly basis. As we head into this month of Thanksgiving, I sincerely wish that you all have the oppor-tunity to break bread and share a hearty meal with those that mean the most to you.
