Hopefully everyone is enjoying some of the benefits of summer. I sincerely hope everyone had an oppor-tunity to enjoy the holiday with friends and family celebrating the freedom of our great nation. Independ-ence Day was celebrated at home this year by my family, and of course it included fireworks!

This is the season of vacations for many, so here is wishing everyone safe travels when they do, and cool refreshments when you are home.

July Dinner — During our July Dinner we will swear in our upcoming slate of officers. As such, we invite our UNICAN’s to bring their significant others to join us in this celebration. Please note, while guests and spouses are welcome at this meeting, we ask that all attendees pay for dinner.

Fiscal Year Ending—Our Fiscal year end-ing in June of 2025 and July marks the start of our new year. As such, we need to collect our $80 Annual Dues. You can pay these in one of several ways:

Heritage Committee— What better way to celebrate our heritage than with a trip to Italy! The Heritage Committee has been hard a work to bring us options for those interested in taking a trip back to our ori-gins.

Bring a potential member— The August and September meetings are a good time to bring a potential member with you as your guest to dinner. Our Chapter covers the dinner expense for all 1st time guests you have invited as a potential member.
